The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

A/25/099969/LB Hawkhurst Farm, East Lancashire Road, Glazebury, Warrington. Listed building consent for the erection of new dwellinghouse with associated landscaping and new garden wall and gates, following demolition of existing ancillary storage building and removal of storage containers. Notice is hereby given that an application for Listed Building Consent to carry out the above works has been made to Wigan Council.

The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre.

A/25/099919/FULL 87 - 89 Bradshawgate, Leigh WN7 4ND. Refurbishment of shop frontage including new pilasters, timber fascias and internal security shutters. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
