Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Derbyshire Dales District Council for planning permission/listed building consent in the weeks from 21 November 2025 as follows:

25/01042/LBALT – Replace boundary fence on the eastern boundary with timber fence panels and posts – The Gables, 36 Buxton Road, Sandybrook, Ashbourne (L)

25/01107/FUL – Erection of 1no. Dwellinghouse – Brailsford Water Mill, Mill Lane, Brailsford (F)

25/01110/FUL – Change of use of outbuilding to an independent dwellinghouse – Topshill Farm, Topshill Lane, Kirk Ireton (S)

25/01124/VCOND – Variation of conditions 8 and 9 of application no. 23/00077/VCOND – Variation of condition 28 of planning permission 21/01245/FUL to amend approved plans – Leys Farm, Wyaston Road, Ashbourne (D)

Applications with the suffix F may affect a Footpath

Applications with the suffix L may affect the character of a Listed Building

Applications with the suffix S may affect the setting of a Listed Building

Applications with the suffix D The development is a departure from the provisions of the development plan

The applications may be inspected on-line at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk. 

Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
