What is planned?

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT
MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Change of use of land from horticulture to a mixed use for horticulture and as a Landscape Contractor’s Offices/Operating base together with the erection of a new barn, covered storage bays and aggregate storage bins, enlargement of existing SuDS pond and creation of new SuDS pond, erection of 2.4m high weldmesh boundary/security fence and internal site fencing and gates, alterations to existing barn for use as offices and storage. Also car-parking, hardstanding and associated land level alterations, landscaping and biodiversity enhancements

at Court Lodge Farm Church Street Southfleet (Application Reference: DA/25/01271/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order, could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan and would in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the setting of a Listed Building

Application for proposed installation of 4 no of condensers on side (North) elevation and roller shutter to the shop front

At 30 - 32 Lowfield Street Dartford Kent

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/25/01171/FUL).

Provision of access tracks for existing horticultural use (Retrospective application) at Landscape Centre Provender Nursery Birchwood Road Wilmington
(Application Ref. No. DA/25/01314/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

4)
Variation of conditions 1 and 4 of planning permission 17/00493/REM to include a new substation and revised parking layout, (following the application granted under Ref 17/00493/REM for ‘Submission of reserved matters pursuant to DA/09/01473/VCON for erection of a 3 storey mixed use development comprising of an A1/A3 coffee shop, an A1 retail unit, with B1 office units to the upper floors and plant and staff facilities on roof plus two ancillary A1 retail single storey units (convenience store and a dry-cleaners’)) at Land At Junction Of Anchor Boulevard And Galleon Boulevard Crossways Business Park
(Application Ref. No. DA/25/01318/VCON)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.
