What is planned?

Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015,

Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

North Yorkshire Council (Craven) has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Application No: ZA25/27499/HH

Proposal: Householder permission for a single-storey infill extension for Mr John Tarbox

Location: 6 Halsteads Terrace Duke Street Settle BD24 9AP

Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application No: ZA25/27369/LBC

Proposal: Listed Building Consent for refurbishment and improvement works, to the footbridge and staircase that connects passengers between Platform 1 and 2 at Settle Station, Settle for Network Rail Ltd

Location: Settle Railway Station Station Road Settle BD24 9AA

Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.

Application No: ZA25/27487/LBC

Proposal: Listed building consent for the installation of en-suite bathroom, non-structural alterations to plan layout and fire safety improvement works for Stonegate Group

Location: Royal Shepherd Inn Canal Street Skipton BD23 1LB

Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.

Application No: ZA25/27469/LBC

Proposal: Listed building consent for 1 no. replacement window (north elevation, ground floor) for Mr Robert Lyall

Location: 70 High Street Gargrave BD23 3LX

Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.

Application No: ZA25/27465/FUL

Proposal: Full planning for installation of 24 No. solar PV panels on the South Nave Roof for PCC Of St Andrews Church Gargrave

Location: St Andrews Church Church Street Gargrave BD23 3NE

Reasons: Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management,
