For planning permission to: Change of use from residential (Use Class C3) to mixed use residential (Use Class C3) and dog grooming business (Sui Generis) and conversion of existing outbuilding for use as a dog grooming salon (retrospective) Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: East Riding of Yorkshire Council, County Hall, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU17 9BA
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
