25/02707/VA4 - Land East of Primate Road Sunderland. Regen is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of Condition 2 (Plans) and 3 (Materials) attached to planning approval 21/01001/FU4 (Amended development proposal - erection of 46 no. affordable homes with associated infrastructure and landscaping (revised plans and supporting information received 19 June 2024, additional/revised drainage info received 01.11.24) to change proposed materials.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan and relates to development on land or buildings owned by the Sunderland City Council.
25/02731/FU4 - 177 High Street West And 1-2 Villiers Street Sunderland SR1 1UF. Northumbria Area Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in Britain. is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use of vacant building to mixed use comprising of retail units, meeting space with ancillary facilities and offices. External alterations to include new fire escape staircase to West elevation, alterations to balcony, PV panels to roof and plant to ground floor.
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of 145 High Street West which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest and development on land/buildings owned by the Sunderland City Council.
25/02778/FUL - Land at West Quay Crown Road Sunderland. VisiTech International Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of new headquarter office and production facility, including pv panels to roof, parking and landscaping.
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of; Queen Alexandra Bridge which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
25/02779/VAR - Land at Nine Wells Gardens Newcastle Road Sunderland SR5 1RR. Mrs Ashleigh Henry is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of conditions 2 (plans) and 10 (landscaping) of approved application 22/02449/FUL (Demolition of existing house and associated outbuilding and construction of replacement dwelling and relocation of existing caravan storage.) to reflect amended drawings.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
