CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
HIGH HOLLY GARTH, KEIGHLEY
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works proposed to be executed on or near High Holly Garth, Keighley intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of High Holly Garth from its junction with Delph Croft View to a point outside No. 2 High Holly Garth.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
No alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 15th of December 2025 and remain in force until 17:00 hours on the 19th of December 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
