What is planned?

MOLE VALLEY DISTRICT COUNCIL

Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.

MO/2025/02648 and MO/2025/02647, FIRST FLOOR 19 HIGH STREET GREAT BOOKHAM KT23 4AA: Conversion of a first floor office space to 1 bedroom flat.

MO/2025/02652, NORBURY PARK HOUSE NORBURY PARK MICKLEHAM RH5 6DN: Reinstatement of the timber cupola to the West Cottage clock tower, including repair and reuse of original components (copper dome, bell, and weathervane), replacement of decayed structural timber with conservation-grade materials and introduction of discreet technical improvements to enhance durability.

MO/2025/02673, 29-31 HIGH STREET DORKING RH4 1AR: Erection of 1 No. externally illuminated fascia sign.

MO/2025/02677 and MO/2025/02678, 2-4 WEST STREET DORKING RH4 1BL: Installation of an extraction and ventilation system to a commercial kitchen.

MO/2025/02680, Land south of Coles Lane, Ockley, Surrey, RH5 5HW: Reserved Matters application for the consideration of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale pursuant to outline planning permission Ref MO/2020/0667/OUTMAJ (allowed under appeal Ref: APP/ C3620/W/21/3272057) for a residential scheme of 59 dwellings, with associated landscaping, amenity space, sustainable urban drainage system (SuDS), and associated works.

MO/2025/02692, Rear of 87-89, High Street, Dorking, Surrey: External alterations to the rear including windows and rooflights to accommodate a separate Prior Approval application for one 2-bed flat.

MO/2025/02681 and MO/2025/02694, HEADLEY HALL HEADLEY GROVE HEADLEY KT18 6NR: Restoration and/or reconstruction of the front façade and roof level fabric following fire damage
