This application would affect the character or appearance of Harthill Conservation Area

RB2025/1504 - Erection of a two storey side extension, cladding to the side, landscaping works and access steps to the side at The Old Barn Serlby Lane for Mr D McNaughton

This application would affect the setting of Grade 2 Listed Buildings known as the Cartshed to the south-east of Burrs Farmhouse and Barn & Stable to the north-east of Pear Tree Farm House & the character or appearance of Gildingwells Conservation Area

RB2025/1470 - Alterations to garage including new pitched roof, pergola to the rear of the garage and boundary wall to the rear of  the garage at Rustic Lea Burrs Lane Gildingwells for Mr D Cresswell

This application would affect the character or appearance ofWath-upon-Dearne Conservation Area

 RB2025/1534 - Two storey front extension with render, pitched roof to existing front extension, dormer window to rear, pitched roof to existing rear extension including roof lights, pitched roof and front extension to existing car port to form a gym and change of  materials to brickwork, and replacement flat roof to pool at Woodside 74 Sandygate Wath-upon-Dearne for Mr B Ghag The above application(s) have been received by the Council.

Members of the public may see the application(s) on-line at  www.rotherham.gov.uk or at the Council’s Customer Service Centre  at Riverside House address below, on Monday–Friday during all  easonable hours.

The Council will allow 21 days from the date of this notice for written comments on the application. Your comments will be considered before a decision is made and your letter may be seen by members of the public (including the applicant).
