I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
3 Northumberland Place North Shields – APPLICATION NO: 25/01435/LBC
Joel Miller is applying for Listed Building Consent for Change of use from Office (Class E) to residential dwelling house(s) (class C3) with replacement of front dormer with balcony, enlarging of rear dormer, replacement of windows and doors, change to front external staircase and renovation of frontage to remove existing office frontage to Georgian stucco.
The property is a listed building. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
15 - 16 Front Street Tynemouth – APPLICATION NO: 25/01478/FUL
Tynemouth Social Club is applying for planning permission for Adjustment of the existing window openings to the ground floor and new grey UPVC sliding folding windows installed. Replacement of existing front entrance doors with grey UPVC fully glazed double doors. Removal of existing artificial stone cream painted cladding to the front elevation and replace with a cream render finish.
Refurbishment of existing rear family garden with the installation of a temporary single storey building based upon a container unit, providing toilets and serving area with a flat roof constructed with the container clad with grey composite cladding.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

North Tyneside Council is applying for planning permission for Installation of 4no. portakabin buildings to be used a classroom accommodation and canteen space for a temporary period of 156 weeks (revised description 28.08.25).
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area to which the land to which the application relates is situated
