Proposed development on Land at Steel Cross Farm, Green Lane, Crowborough TN6 2XB. I give notice that Mr John Wallis & Mrs Karen Vincent c/o ASP is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the demolition of the redundant barn and erection of a self-build dwelling and garage.
The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
