Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by the City and County of Swansea as Local Planning Authority for planning permission for the following developments:
A. APPLICATION FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT:
SITE: Mond Buildings Union Street Swansea SA1 3DN
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Change of use of ground floor from former bank to cafe and bakery and the first floor from a former office to 3 no. residential flats and the second floor dance hall to remain as a place of assembly (application for Listed Building Consent) (Ref: 2025/2539/LBC)
