Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - notice under article 15, & planning (listed building & buildings in conservation area) regulations 1990, & town & country planning (environmental impact assessment) regulations 2017 - notice under article 25

2025/1275 - Littleworth Cottage, Moor Lane, Marsh Green, Edenbridge. Demolition of the existing rear projection and erection of a part single storey, part two storey rear extension, along with internal and external works to the dwelling, internal and external works to the Bothy and installation of a replacement cess pit.

2025/1281 - The Beech House, Old Surrey Hall, Hollow Lane, East Grinstead. Erection of single storey side extension (retrospective).

2025/1160 - Land at Steeple Farm, Church Road, Burstow. Full application for use of land as a private gypsy and traveller caravan site for 6 pitches, including parking.
Retention of hardstanding. (Part retrospective).

2025/1299 - Outwood Mill, Gayhouse Lane, Outwood, Redhill. Variation of Condition 2 (Drawings) and Condition 4 (Air Source Heat Pumps) of planning permission ref: 2025/126 (Extension to front of dwelling and conversion of the existing garage into a home office, home gym and garden store) to allow for minor amendments and removal of Air Source Heat Pump.

2025/1271 - Land Former Site of The Good Companions, Tithepit Shaw Lane, Warlingham

Application for demolition of 247-249 Tithepit Shaw Lane, and erection of a new mixed use building (part one / two / three and four storeys) comprising of a Class E(a) supermarket and 13 dwellings, new access / egress on Limpsfield Road and Tithepit Shaw Lane, parking, hard and soft landscaping including residents’ amenity space, and associated infrastructure and development. Site is located within Croydon Borough, with ones of the access points located within the Tandridge District.

2025/1351 - North Park Farm Quarry, North Park Lane, Bletchingley. Details of an updated Dust Management Plan submitted pursuant to Condition 38 of planning permission ref: TA2020/434 and RE20/20/00463/CON dated 28 June 2022.

2025/987 - North End Paddock, Church Lane, Burstow. Change of use of land from equestrian to a mixed use including a private gypsy and traveller caravan site for 8 static caravans, including parking. Revised siting of proposed stable block permitted under 2024/140. Retention of hardstanding. (Part retrospective).
