Great Blakenham (CDP)(MAJ)(ALB)(PROW)(EIA), DC/25/05114 Land At Field Quarry (Also Known As Masons Quarry) Bramford Road, Great Blakenham IP6 0XJ. Outline planning permission (with layout, scale, appearance and landscaping being reserved) for the extension of Port One Logistics Park, to include up to 195,000 sqm of commercial floorspace comprising logistics warehousing with ancillary offices; offices and vertical farms; up to 115,000 sqm of depots and container storage; a solar farm, cafe and substations; new vehicle and HGV access from the south, the improvement of the existing access from the B1113 and a means of emergency access only from Circular Road; associated earthworks to create development platforms and bunds to boundaries; new landscaping and recreation areas; creation of nature reserve and the burying of overhead powerlines underground; together with a full sustainable drainage scheme and the provision of private treatment plant(s). Debenham (CDP)(ALB)(PROW), DC/25/05141 Pages Mill Kenton Road, Debenham IP14 6LA. Application under Section 73A of The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 – Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) of planning permission DC/23/04812 dated: 08.01.2024 - Erection of 1no. barn style eco dwelling with carers annexe, home office and family member care wing and hydrotherapy pool, including landscaping and parking (following demolition of existing barn).
Framsden (ALB), DC/25/05115 Longwoods Church Row, Framsden IP14 6HS. Erection of an Outbuilding.
Fressingfield (MAJ)(ACA)(CDP)(ALB)(PROW), DC/25/04133 Land South West Of School Lane, Fressingfield. Application under S73A for Removal or Variation of a Condition following grant of Planning Permission DC/20/01820 dated 14/09/2021 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) - Erection of 12no. dwellings with associated garaging - To vary Condition 5 (Provision of Roads and Footpaths), Condition 7 (Surface Water Drainage) and Condition 8 (Sustainable Drainage System) The applicant has installed permeable tarmac as opposed to the approved brick weave surfacing. Please see revised drawings (1382_ENG-001G) for details. The applicant would like acceptance of the change to permeable tarmac.

Mellis (LBC)(CON), DC/25/05185 The Old Forge The Common, Mellis IP23 8EB. Replacement of removed cementitious render with horizontal timber weatherboarding.
Rattlesden (CON), DC/25/05120 Water Run House High Street, Rattlesden IP30 0SD. Removal of existing long standing dilapidated timber shed. Construction of timber frame detached garage.
Walsham Le Willows (LBC)(CON), DC/25/05059 Willow Cottage The Street, Walsham Le Willows IP31 3AA. Works to the right hand side and rear of the cottage in order to improve drainage in the ground around the cottage. This will involve digging a new ‘French’ drain, removal of some hard render, damp proofing measures and re-rendering internally and externally. There will be no change to visible appearance of the Cottage, internally or externally. The works on the exterior are below ground level. This will reduce some recurring internal damp issues in one corner of one room in the cottage. That room is around 3 feet below ground level at the rear reducing to 1 foot below ground level at the side towards the front.

Worlingworth (ALB), DC/25/04955 L E Tuckwell Ltd Shop Street, Worlingworth IP13 7H. Erection of unheated machinery showroom extension to existing building.
