Minor material amendment application to seek permission to vary conditions attached to planning permission reference number 24/01039/FUL which was for the demolition of existing buildings at New Park Village and redevelopment to provide 188 new dwellings, including redevelopment of open space off Longford Road. The proposal seeks approval for amendments to the design of the proposed development at Land at and Adjacent to Ellerton Walk and Open Space Off Longford Road, New Park Village, Wolverhampton.
2. 25/01326/LBD. Applicant: Premier Inn Hotels Ltd. Proposed development/works: Application for Listed Building Consent for alterations to one of the walls of the former low-level station at The Bluebrick, Broad Gauge Way, WV10 0BA.
