Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:
Affecting a Listed Building - Application: 3/39/25/019: Removal of cement based hard coat under lime render/defective cob and replacement with lime based render system/cob blocks to NW elevation with various repairs to NW elevation and adjustment to shed door opening to NW elevation to restore cob to original line for structural integrity (retention of works already undertaken) at Arden Cottage, 33 Long Street, Williton, TA4 4QU.
The applications can be viewed online https://www.somerset.gov.uk/planning-west or at Council Offices & libraries. Comments must be submitted in writing either online, by email planningwest@somerset.gov.uk or posted to Somerset Planning West, Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton TA1 1HE within 21 days (quote the application number).
