AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING - P1461/25/FUL - Demolition of existing Conservatory and erection of single storey extension - The Cottage, Main Road, Huntley. P1456/25/FUL - Conversion and alteration of existing detached garage to 1 bedroom guest space with first floor - The Cottage, Old Hill, Longhope.
WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA/WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING - P1431/25/LBC - Installation of wood burning stove, flue piece and register plate within the existing chimney utilising the existing chimney pot, with the existing retro-fitted cement tile canopy hood removed and current register plate/board replaced - Spring Cottage, Blaisdon Lane, Blaisdon, Longhope.
AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY- P1442/25/FUL - Conversion of a barn to a holiday let with associated works - Preecemoor Farm, School Lane, Longhope.
Applications submitted can be inspected electronically at the Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos, GL16 8HG, during office hours or through the Council’s website at www.fdean.gov.uk using the P reference number quoted above. Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 31st December 2025. Comments made will be available for public inspection on the website.
