ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE

NOTICE that they have made a Tree Preservation Order at Alexander Square, Kingseat, Aberdeenshire in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by the above Act and Regulations, with respect to one area of woodland growing to the rear of Alexander Square in this area of Aberdeenshire.

Certified copies of the Tree Preservation Order, with the accompanying map, can be viewed at the Aberdeenshire Council Service Point, Inverurie Library, Market Place, Inverurie, AB51 3SN, between the hours of 8.45am and 5.00pm, Tuesday to Thursday and on the Environment section of Aberdeenshire Council’s website: http://www.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/ environment/natural-heritage/trees

The new Order will take effect on the date specified in the Order and will expire within a period of 6 months after this date, if it has not been confirmed by the Planning Authority.

Representations relating to the Tree Preservation Order may be made by any person, to the Planning Authority at the offices stated above no later than 28 days following publication of this notice. Representations must be made in writing, giving reasons and specifying the particular trees, groups of trees, or woodlands in respect of which they are made.
