2025/0902/FUL Erection of detached 2 car garage at The Hermitage, Flash Lane. The application affects a Conservation Area.
2025/1003/FUL Demolition of existing garage & utility space; internal remodelling; proposed part two-storey, part single-storey rear extension; single-storey side extension; bay window side extension; and elevation amendments. Existing pedestrian access widened to a vehicular access with associated landscaping at 60 Granville Park West, Aughton. The application affects a Conservation Area.
