25/0130/LBC - 34 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 1RD - Listed Building Consent for internal alterations including layout reconfiguration, loft conversion and erection of new staircase; and external alterations including reinstatement of first floor external windows to the side and rear elevations and creation of new external access on rear elevation
25/0131/LBC - Middlesbrough Railway Station, Zetland Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 1EG - Listed Building Consent for new fixing method and permanent retention of an existing temporary artwork within Middlesbrough Station
Development affecting a Listed Building and the character and appearance of a Conservation Area
25/0132/LBC - Middlesbrough Railway Station, Zetland Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 1EG - Listed Building Consent for permanent installation of a new CCTV system and associated works
