What is planned?

The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications for a Major Development, a Development Affecting a Right of Way, a Listed Building, a Building in a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a Departure. These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours. Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.

25/P/01463 Valentines Farm, Rose Lane, Ripley - Change of use of part of the existing car parking area to mixed-use for storage and operational purposes associated with tree surgery business, along with the siting of 10 temporary cabins for ancillary use and associated fencing/landscaping (part retrospective).
25/P/01497 Brae Lea, 3 Austen Road, Guildford - Erection of a two-storey dwelling and outbuilding together with new boundary treatment and vehicular access following the demolition of existing garage and boundary wall. 
25/P/01539 Land at Aldertons Farm, Send Marsh Road, Send - Hybrid planning application comprising: - the change of use of approximately 15ha of land to create a new Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace ('SANG') and outline planning application with all matters reserved (except for principal access to the highway) for the construction of up to 140 homes (including 50% affordable housing), public open space, SuDS, biodiversity enhancements, landscaping, and associated infrastructure.
25/P/01558 28-30 High Street, Guildford - Erection of extension to existing building to form additional office space with commercial unit on ground floor. Creation of parking spaces, bin store and cycle storage.
