Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Hazardous Substances Act 1990
WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2025/01160: Fiskerton: K McPhail: The Old Airfield, Reepham Rd: Provision of below ground cabling route(affects right of way)
b) WL/2025/01164: Gainsborough: FMJ Properties Ltd: 4 Silver St: change of use of retail to residential accommodation to form 5 residential units & associated works. (app WL/2025/01163 also rec'd) (departure from local plan)

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
