NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at land adjacent to Rose Tree Cottage, Smithwood Common, Cranleigh, GU6 8QW.
Take notice that an application is being made by Hazel Newberry for outline permission with all matters reserved for the erection of up to two dwellings. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Waverley Borough Council, The Burys, Godalming, GU7 1HR.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
