ORDER 2015 ARTICLE 15
1. Affects setting of listed building. Creation of new ramped access and covered entrance to Rother District Council offices, along with internal alterations. Rother District Council, Amherst Block, Amherst Road, Bexhill, TN40 1QH RR/20251955/FULL.
2. Affects setting of listed building. Proposed single storey rear extension and creation of a cellar, with improved patio and steps. Fordlands Farm, Crowhurst Road, Catsfield. RR/2025/1959/HOU
3. Demolition of existing rear porch and conservatory and replacement with two storey extension. Enlargement of window to form new door, minor internal & external alterations including reinstatement of historic features and renovation of dwelling, removal of brick upstand to terrace and consolidation of historic well. Thornden Farm, Herrings Road, Ponts Green, Ashburnham. RR/2025/1973/LBC.
4. Variation of conditions 3, 5, 6, 9, 10 & 11 imposed on RR/2021/2598/P to amend the pre-commencement restrictions in relation to level crossing works. Rother Valley Railway, Northbridge Street, Robertsbridge to Junction Road, Bodiam. RR/2025/1972
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2 and 4 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 3 above.
