NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: Catsfield Christmas Tree Farm, The Stream, Battle, East Sussex, TN33 9BB
I give notice that: Elgin Energy Esco Ltd
Is applying to Rother District Council for planning permission for:
Erection of a 99.9MW Battery Energy Storage Erection of a 99.9MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) comprising primary substation, BESS units, power conversion system units, telecommunications tower, storage containers, security fencing and CCTV, access, internal tracks, and associated infrastructure, together with landscape and biodiversity enhancement. Construction of a temporary construction compound.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to:

within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice
“Owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
“Tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
