Notice of Further Information to Accompany the HS2 Phase One
(London – West Midlands) Environmental Statement & 
a Schedule 17 Plans & Specifications Submission.

Application reference 2025/4106/HS2. Proposed Development Comprising Land within hs2 Act limits located to the west of Radstone extending in a northwesterly direction to the west of Greatworth, Northamptonshire crossing Radstone Road. West Northamptonshire Council give notice that HS2 has submitted further information to supplement the original Phase One Environmental Statement to inform the plans & specifications application submitted on 10 October 2025: Development authorised by the High Speed Rail (London – West Midlands) Act 2017 relating to SNC P02 R1 Radstone to Greatworth resubmission. A request for the approval of Plans & Specifications for the following works under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London – West Midlands) Act 2017

This further environmental information, available to be inspected by members of the public via an appointment at the West Northamptonshire Council, The Forum, Moat Lane, Towcester, NN12 6AD up until the 03/01/2026. To arrange an appointment, please call 0300 126 7000.

Hard copies of the environment statement may be obtained from: or just the further information can be provided by emailing Regulation25Planning@ EKFB.com, at a cost of 5p a copy per A4 sheet, plans will be calculated & cost separately on request. A staff hourly rate of £60 per hour for making copies will apply.

Any person making a representation regarding the further information, or any other information within the application (2025/4106/HS2), should make them in writing no later than 03/01/2026. Representations can be made online on the Council’s website when viewing the application. All comments received will become background papers (as defined in the Access to information Act 1985) & accordingly will be available for public inspection & may be read by others, including the applicant. The Council will not consider anonymous letters or emails that make representations on application.
