Modified Bloxham Neighbourhood Plan
Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012
(as amended) – Regulation 16

Bloxham Parish Council has prepared a Modified Neighbourhood Development Plan for Bloxham Parish. The Plan proposes planning policies to be used in the determination of planning applications within the Neighbourhood Plan Area.

Cherwell District Council is undertaking public consultation on the draft (Submission) Plan.

The consultation period commences on Monday 8th December 2025 and the deadline for receiving representations is Sunday 1 February 2026 11.59pm.

The draft Plan and supporting documents available for public comment are:

The deposit locations and opening times for viewing paper copies of the document are :

Cherwell District Council Offices, 39 Castle Quay, Banbury, OX16 5FD, from 8.45am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

Adderbury Library, Church House, High Street, Adderbury, OX17 3LS, Tuesday and Friday 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm, Thursday 2pm- 5:30pm, Saturday 9:30am to 12:30pm (excluding bank holidays)

The White Lion Café, 16 High Street, Bloxham, OX15 4LT, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm (opening times may vary during school holidays)
