What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
25/1586/FH - Flat B, 29 Augusta Gardens, Folkestone, CT20 2RT - Installation of external balcony & doors for garden access.
25/1619/FH - FLAT 303, THE METROPOLE, THE LEAS, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2LU - Retrospective application for the retention of french doors.
25/2009/FH - Marine Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 1PS - Black powder coated galvanised steel handrails to all external staircases to the south elevation.
25/2018/FH - Marine Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 1PS - Listed Building Consent for black powder coated galvanised steel handrails to all external staircases to the south elevation.
25/2058/FH - Rhodesia House, 2 Clifton Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2EW - Listed Building Consent for the internal and external refurbishment of the building, including changes to the internal layout, replacement windows, new replacement roof, and repair of existing dormers.
25/2084/FH - Methodist Church, 153 Sandgate Road, Folkestone, CT20 2DA - Listed Building consent for the erection of a new Community Hub connecting to 151 Sandgate Road.
25/2089/FH - GARDEN APARTMENT, HARVEY MANOR, FOORD ROAD, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1HH - Listed Building consent for a new internal doorway.
25/2100/FH - Methodist Church, 153 Sandgate Road, Folkestone, CT20 2DA - The erection of a new community hub incorporating worship space, community cafe, offices, pantry (food bank) and overnight shelter accommodation.
25/2109/FH - JUMPING JACKS, NORTH ROAD, FOLKESTONE, CT20 3HL - Retrospective application for the retention of the modular building and storage shed.
25/2112/FH - Former Foxwood School, 59 Seabrook Road, Hythe, CT21 5QJ - Hybrid application comprising of a full planning application for the erection of 60 dwellings together with retained and enhanced green infrastructure framework, open space, parking and all associated engineering operations, together with an outline application (all matters reserved except access) for up to 90 residential units.
25/2125/FH - 19-25 HIGH STREET, NEW ROMNEY, TN28 8BN - Listed Building Consent for the repair and alterations to rear elevations including changing existing UPVC windows and doors to timber joinery.

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
