NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development on land forming Burstead Solar Farm, Great Burstead, Billericay, Essex.
I give notice that Enso Green Holdings J Limited is applying to Rochford District Council under the terms of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) seeking to remove Condition 23 of the planning permission (reference: 23/00996/FUL) for the:
“Installation of a solar farm and battery storage facility with associated infrastructure on land at Barleylands, South of Great Burstead on Land South East of Coxes Farm Road, Billericay; and installation of underground cabling from proposed solar farm along A129 (London Road/Southend Road, Wickford) to eastern borough boundary to link to Rayleigh Main Substation, Rawreth (Amended Proposal)”.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council at:

within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Statement of owners' rights:
The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
Statement of agricultural tenants' rights:
The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.
* 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
** 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
This notice is for publication in a local newspaper, the Basildon Canvey Southend Echo, as Certificate C is completed.
