What is planned?

TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (WALES) ORDER 2012 – NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 12

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000947/25 – Continuation of development at Broughton Cottage, Mold Road, Broughton at variance to Conditions 1 (Approved Documents) pursuant to Planning Permission ref: FUL/000514/24; to allow for the installation of wash plant and site layout changes at Broughton Cottage, Mold Road, Broughton.

A copy of the application, plans and other documents may be inspected by members of the public until 19th December 2025.

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (WALES) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED) REGULATION 18

On 27th October 2025, Flintshire County Council received an application for Planning Permission accompanied by an Environmental Statement to carry out the following development.

FUL/000916/25 – Full planning application for the construction and operation of post-combustion Carbon Capture Plant & Associated Works at Parc Adfer Ltd, Zone 4, Deeside Industrial Park, Weighbridge Road, Sealand.

A copy of the application, plans and other documents may be inspected by members of the public until 28th December 2025. Any person who wishes to make representation about the above application(s) should make them via the website https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/flintshire, by e-mail to planning.consultation@flintshire.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Officer (Place and Growth), Flintshire County Council, Ty Dewi Sant, St David’s Park, Ewloe, CH5 3FF quoting the relevant reference number(s) by the above date.
