In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) order 2015 Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following application:
25/00482/S73
Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act to vary condition nos. 3 (Quantum of Development), 4 (Approved Documents) and 24 (Acoustic Report) of planning permission 24/00246/ S73 to facilitate replan of part of the site to reflect revised site layout and introduction of new Barratt house types at Land off Derby road, Widnes.
