PROPOSAL:  Variation of condition numbers 3 and 9 of planning permission CB/21/02107/FULL: (Construction & operation of a battery storage facility, fencing, landscaping & access road.) The variation of condition is required to upgrade the equipment and meet the contractors standards.

APPLICATION NO: CB/25/03396/PIP Affects Conservation Area

PROPOSAL:  Permission in Principle: erection of five detached dwellings.
