APPLICATION NO: 25/02091/S73

LOCATION: Queensgate Mews 40 Wray Common Road Reigate

PROPOSAL: A first floor rear extension that enables reconfiguration of the existing internal layout along with replacement of existing single glazed windows and part existing orangery roof replaced with flat roof and skylights. Variation of condition 1 of permission 25/00304/HHOLD.

To extend the new roof over the existing rear bedroom to rationalise the roof pitches, addition of a bathroom window with frosted glass and minor modifications to wall and window detailing.

REASON: Application is in a Conservation Area
