2025/4585/S73 Land North of Newport Pagnell Road Hackleton. Variation of condition 15 [Access roundabout] to change the wording of the condition to ‘Prior to the commencement of development on site, full engineering & construction details of the approved Newport Pagnell Road access & roundabout & associated works, as shown on drawing no. 20168_03_02 Rev B, shall be submitted to & approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Prior to the occupation of any dwelling, the approved works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. 2025/4700/LBC Hawking Tower Boughton Park Boughton. To remove approximately 2sq meters of stone from above the doorway & rebuild to the original line using the same stone. Replacement of the upper section of the limestone head (original has separated through the middle & not expected to stay complete). Replacement of the right hand ironstone plinth which has degraded.

2025/4902/S73 The Old Mill House 20A High Street Ravensthorpe. Variation of Condition 2 (Plans) to include additional addendum with respect to paint finish & quarry tile finish 2024/3666/LBC (Listed building consent for internal repairs to walls, floor & ceiling damaged by water leak).

2025/4668/FULL & 2025/4908/LBC Dukes House 19 Bridge Street Northampton. Planning & Listed Building applications for proposed change of use to part commercial on ground floor plus 5no. flats to include proposed additional storey to building, replacement & enlargement of single storey rear extension, proposed change to shop front & proposed fenestration changes, including rear first floor balcony.
