NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of Calderdale intends to dispose of land at 39 Park Road, Elland HX5 9HZ which forms part of an open space.
A plan of the area intended to be disposed of is available upon request by e-mail sent to paul.heptinstall@calderdale.gov.uk
Any member of the public wishing to obtain a copy of the plan, make representations on the proposed disposal or lodge an objection is invited to do so by no later than 4.30pm on 19th December 2025
