NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 14 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

An application for development at: Liberty Shopping Centre, Romford.

Has been submitted by: Romford Shopping Centre Limited.

For permission for: Hybrid planning application (part full/part outline) for the part demolition of existing buildings and phased redevelopment to provide up to 900 residential units (Use Class C3); flexible commercial/community/town centre uses (Classes E/F/sui generis); back of house space; cycle and blue badge car parking; publicly accessible open space; landscaping and servicing, associated infrastructure, highway works and public realm improvements.

Has been submitted to: London Borough of Havering, Town Hall, Main Road, Romford, RM1 3BB.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
