NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government will hold a Public Inquiry at Chichester College, Westgate Fields, Chichester, PO19 1SB, commencing on 9 December at 10:00
Into an application by Mr Goddard, the subject of appeal to the Secretary of State under Section 78 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, for a retrospective (Section 73A) application for the provision of 22 Gypsy/Traveller pitches (across 11 plots) comprising 22 static caravans and 11 touring caravans at:
