Take Notice that application is being made by: Jomast Developments Limited, Mr Adam Hearld
For planning permission to: Application under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to vary conditions 1, 11, & 23 pursuant to planning permission reference HMDCJ2024/0037. Proposed amendments to house types, external appearance of apartment blocks, and site layout.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Hartlepool Development Corporation, Teesside International Airport, Darlington, Tees Valley DL2 1 LU
Any owner of the land or tenant who wished to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of this notice.
