Take Notice that application is being made by: Jomast Developments Limited, Mr Adam Hearld
For planning permission to: Application under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to vary conditions 1, 11, & 23 pursuant to planning permission reference HMDCJ2024/0037. Proposed amendments to house types, external appearance of apartment blocks, and site layout.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wished to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of this notice.
