(GIA) with the basement retail floorspace reduced from 210.6sqm to 98.8 sq.m.; ground floor retail accommodation reduced from 428 sqm to 411.8 sqm; first floor retail reduced from 197sqm to 192.3sq.m.; first floor office floorspace increased from 321.4 sq.m. to 334.4 sq.m. and an increase in the overall number of hotel rooms from 197 to 200.
