I give notice that Beech Homes Ltd c/o MJB Architecture Ltd is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for erection of residential development to provide 22 no. dwellings with new access, landscaping and other associated infrastructure. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
