Applicants Name: EDF Renewables Limited

Proposal: Construction and operation of a renewable energy generating system comprising up to 49.9MWac photovoltaic (PV) solar array and associated infrastructure and works

At: Land Near Green Acres Farm Scarcewater Grampound Road Cornwall

Planning Application Reference: PA24/05312 On 08.07.2024, EDF Renewables Limited submitted a planning application to Cornwall Council, County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 3AY for the above proposed development.

Notice is hereby given that Further Environmental Information (FEI) is available in relation to the Environmental Statement (ES) which accompanies the planning application. The FEI clarifies matters in response to Archaeology, Ecology and Biodiversity Net Gain, Private Water Supplies and Mobilisation of Contaminants

The FEI consists of:

• Biodiversity Net Gain Baseline, Maps and Metric

• Updated Ecology Chapter Appendix I

• Skylark Report

• Private Water Supply and Contaminants Report

• Outline Construction Environmental Management Plan

• Chapter 6 Archaeology and Heritage Assessment

• Updated Historic Environment Desk Based Assessment

• Archaeological Mitigation Strategy

The FEI is intended to update and should be read together with the environmental information contained in the original ES.

Copies of the FEI, together with the originally submitted ES are available for inspection on the Cornwall Council Website at http://www.cornwall.gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to the FEI should do so by writing to Samantha Hewitt at Correspondence Address: Cornwall Council Planning Dept, New County Hall, Treyew Rd, Truro, TR1 3AY quoting reference PA24/05312 or via email planning@cornwall.gov.uk identifying the proposal and specifying grounds for objection or support.

All representations should be dated and should clearly state the name (in block capitals) and full return email or postal address of the person making the representations.

All representations in relation to the FEI must be received by no later than 30 days from the date of this notice
