Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
25/1108/OUT/GO: Land On The South Side Of Dagger Lane, Elstree. Development to comprise flexible B2/B8 (Industrial, Storage and Distribution) up to 17,000sqm gross external, including ancillary offices. In addition to the above the development will include car and cycle parking, creation of servicing areas and provision of associated services, routes and open spaces within the development, together with all associated works and operations including, but not limited to: earthworks and engineering operations. This application is for a phased development capable of coming forward in distinct and separable phases and/or plots in a severable way. (Outline application to include access with all other matters of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale reserved). Reason: Major Development and Departure from the Local Plan.
25/1619/FUL/HHO: Pursley Farm Sport Pavilion, London Road, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9EN. Demolition of existing clubhouse and store to facilitate construction of single storey clubhouse and relocation of container. Reason: Conservation Area.
25/1631/HSE/MT: 6 Hillcrest Road, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9DD. Demolition of existing outbuilding and erection of a single storey rear extension, front porch extension and conversion of loft space to habitable space with 4x roof lights and alterations to fenestration. Reason: Conservation Area.

Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an EIA, Departure from the Local Plan or affecting a Public Right of Way.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
