I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that North Norfolk District Council is dealing with the following applications:
BACTON & EDINGTHORPE PM/25/2284 Details of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale for village open space and car parking-matters reserved under hybrid planning application PF/23/1612 (as varied by RV/24/1612) seeking:
Detailed/full planning permission for 47 dwellings (affordable homes), associated infrastructure and open space on 2.80 hectares of land (northern part of field between Coast Road and Mill Lane) and access/highways works, and 2) outline planning permission (all matters reserved) for village open space and car parking on 0.65 hectares of land (southern part of field along Coast Road frontage); Land North of Village Hall, Coast Road (southern Part of Field Along Coast Road), Bacton, Norfolk for Ms Pugh; Reasons: c)

RUNTON PF/25/2451 Installation of 2.4m high security fencing; Rosemarie Country House, The Hurn, West Runton, Cromer, Norfolk, NR27 9QS for Mr Mills; Reasons: c)
SCOTTOW PF/25/2438 Erection of dwelling (retrospective); Scottow Barn Farm, Walsham Road, Scottow, Norfolk, NR10 5BZ for Mrs Clare Rea; Reasons: b) f)
WIVETON PF/25/2467 Alterations to outbuilding including forming window and porch, and erection of single-storey link and side extension to connect to detached shed; alterations to shed to include inserting doors; Broadlily Hall Lane, Wiveton, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 7TG for Mr Vaughan Bading; Reasons: c) e) f)
The reasons for the advertisement are:
(a) is a major development (b) is contrary to the provisions of the Development Plan (c) affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area (d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area (e) affects a Listed Building (f) affects the setting of a Listed Building (g) affects a Right of Way (h) accompanied by an Environmental Statement (i) affects a public right of way (j) affect setting of Ancient Monument (k) In the Public Interest.
The applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EN.
Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice. If the application is for householder development and permission is refused, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.
