ZF25/01365/LB – Replace the existing timber sliding sash windows (first, second and third floor only) with like-for-like uPVC sash windows and replacement door at 49 Flowergate Whitby YO21 3BB for Mr Chris Dickinson
ZF25/01323/HS – Erection of a 1 and 2 storey side extension with attached garden store at Glen House Spital Bridge Whitby YO22 4EF for Mr and Mrs P Boocock
ZF25/01387/LB – Retrospective application for replacement of timber windows at 5 New Way Ghaut Church Street Whitby YO22 4DH for Mr A Byrne
The application can be viewed at www.northyorks.gov.uk. Anyone wishing to make representations should do so in writing within 21 days beginning with the date of this notice, NB: excluding any public holidays that occur within the consultation period. In the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission on a Householder Application or advertisement consent on an Advertisement Application there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
