The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies.
Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 24 December 2025.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 24 December 2025. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
