Proposed development at 72-74 Gloucester Road, Bishopston, Bristol, BS7 8BF.
Notice is given that Honor Properties Ltd is applying to the Secretary of State for Planning permission for a partial change of use of Class E commercial unit to a Class C1 Apart-Hotel with 9no. serviced apartments, demolition of rear extension, replacement extension, external alterations and provision of refuse and cycle storage.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with it at: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/section-62a-planning-application-s62a20250137-72-74- gloucester-road-bristol-bs7-8bf at Citizen Service Point, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG during all reasonable hours within the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which this notice was published.
