Take Notice that an application is being made by Mr Ryan Cass for planning permission for demolition of dwelling and construction of a replacement dwelling (self build) to the Local Authority Uttlesford District Council at Council Offices, London Road, Saffron Walden Essex CB11 4ER
Any owner of the Land or tenant who wishes to make representations about the application should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice
