UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Land at Belcham’s Lane and Maces Farmyard, Rickling Green, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB11 3YG

Take notice that an application is being made by: Pegasi Management Company Limited for and on behalf of Pegasi Limited.

For Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for: Phased development for 110 dwellings (Use Class C3), replacement football pitches, pavilion, parking, landscaping and children’s play with access and highway improvements at London Road, together with the demolition and the erection of a new single storey building for flexible employment space (Use Class E), with associated parking and landscaping, and Listed Building Consent and change of use for the refurbishment of the Grade II listed barn for a local shop, cafe and/or commercial uses (Use Class E) at Maces Farmyard.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Uttlesford District Council

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Statement of owners’ rights: the grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
Statement of agricultural tenants’ rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development does not affect agricultural tenants’ security of tenure. ‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
