Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.
CHE/25/00708/FUL - Erection of a padel facility building containing 4 courts, ancillary changing facilities & café with associated works at Chesterfield Panthers Rugby Football Club, 2012 Dunston Road S41 9BF. Reason: Major Application.
CHE/25/00795/FUL - Redevelopment to provide a wellbeing garden, including landscaping with associated works and structures, at Scarsdale Health Centre, Nightingale Close, S41 7PF. Reasons: Conservation Area, Setting of a listed building.
CHE/25/00813/FUL - Installation of roof gantry with mounted AC units, satellite dish and gas cooler at 2 - 8 High Street, S40 1PS. Reasons: Conservation Area, Setting of a listed building.

Any person who wishes to make representations to the Council should make them in writing within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice.
