Herefordshire Council received an application accompanied by an Environmental Statement on the 30 September 2025 for the following:-

Proposal:

Outline planning permission for residential-led development, including: access from Hereford road; link road provision; housing (circa 1,000 dwellings) (Class C2/C3); community hub (Classes E, F.2 and C3); formal and informal open space including sports uses; landscaping; pedestrian and cycle routes; and all other associated works including highways, drainage and infrastructure works (including Waste Water Treatment Works) as well as temporary access and construction route(s). All matters reserved other than access to the site.
